Refund & Returns Policy

14-Day UK Money-Back Guarantee for complete peace of mind

1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your painting. If an original artwork does not suit your space or decor, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to notify us and request a return.

2. How to Return a Painting

To start a return:

  1. Send an email to studio@ArtFromTheArtist.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply with the studio return postal address.
  3. Pack the painting safely in its original protective mount and reinforced packaging to ensure it is not bent or damaged in transit.
  4. Send the package using a tracked postal service (such as Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48).

3. Refund Processing

Once received and inspected in its original undamaged condition, we will process your full refund to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within 2 to 3 business days.

4. Damage in Transit Guarantee

In the rare event that a package is damaged during transit, please photograph the damaged packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will issue an immediate full refund or discuss an alternative original painting arrangement.
